Cesar Garcia
Cesar is a first-generation college graduate from the University of Southern California, where he earned a degree in International Relations. He began his career in the financial industry shortly after graduating in 2003, joining Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor in the Victor Valley area.
In 2006, Cesar shifted gears and founded a construction company, which he continues to own and operate successfully. As a seasoned entrepreneur, he understands firsthand the challenges of running a business—especially the pressure of meeting payroll in uncertain markets.
Drawing from his experience as both a business owner and financial strategist, Cesar now focuses on helping fellow entrepreneurs and employees safeguard their financial futures through smart planning and strategic decision-making. For him, the most rewarding part as an advisor is “being a part of people’s journey as they build their long-term wealth and achieve their goals.”
Outside of his professional life, Cesar is a devoted husband and proud father to twin daughters. He enjoys coaching them as they grow into talented softball players. As a family, they love camping, traveling, and cheering on the Dodgers.
